Verification & trust
Use the verification level shown on the traveler or sender's current profile. Verification helps establish identity, but it is not a guarantee—review the route, dates, capacity, item declaration, and handoff plan too.
Use SpareKilo messages for route, package, payment, and handoff details. Do not continue if a person pressures you to hide an item, change the declaration, or move payment outside the agreed flow.
Approved items
Airline, customs, and destination-country rules always apply. The traveler may inspect and decline any package that differs from its declaration.
Handoff & payment
Meet in the agreed public place, confirm identities and shipment reference, inspect the package, and compare its contents, weight, photos, and condition with the declaration before accepting custody.
Keep status updates and changes in SpareKilo. At the destination, the recipient should inspect the shipment and use the booking's confirmation step before the delivery is marked complete.
Use only the payment instructions attached to the booking. Do not pay or request payment through an unrelated account, link, or cash arrangement. Raise a problem before confirming completion.
Problems & disputes
Do not accept custody or confirm delivery while a material difference is unresolved.
Preserve relevant messages, photos, timestamps, shipment details, and payment references.
Use the shipment conversation when a coordination issue can still be resolved safely.
